Training for Qualified Neutrals Under Minnesota Supreme Court Rule 114
Effectively resolving conflicts is a trademark of good leadership. That’s why the Conflict Resolution Center, one of Minnesota’s oldest mediation organizations, is offering a 30 hour comprehensive skills training for people who want to stretch their leadership potential with the added bonus of becoming a qualified neutral under Minnesota law.
We are one of the few programs that provide teaching and interactive exercises in dispute resolution with observation of actual mediation sessions. This essential conflict training offers opportunities for hands-on learning in a variety of civil cases. Participants in this training will be eligible to join the Conflict Resolution Center’s panel of volunteer mediators.
Cost: $600 for Newly Registering CRC volunteers; $1000 Non CRC Participants
NOTE: You must attend all sessions and receive your certificate of attendance to be considered a Qualified Neutral. Additionally, admittance to CRC’s volunteer roster is dependent on a skills assessment.
